Founder & Culinary Director
Benjamin Liew leads the overall culinary philosophy, kitchen systems, and operational strategy across the group’s portfolio of hospitality brands.
Specialising in Asian fusion cuisine, he focuses on integrating culture, flavour, and modern hospitality management to develop concepts that are both expressive and commercially sustainable.
Beyond creative direction, he places strong emphasis on systems, processes, and team collaboration, believing that successful hospitality brands require clear positioning, stable operations, and meaningful connections between people.
Under his leadership, Boiling Point continues to expand its diverse hospitality concepts, building brands designed to be memorable, trusted, and built for long term growth.


Co-Founder & Beverage Director
Karl Tang is the Co-Founder and Beverage Director of Boiling Point F&B Group. After studying and working in Sydney, he gained strong hospitality experience and now leads all beverage programs, cocktail design, and drink menu planning across the group.
He is passionate about drinks and focuses on flavour, balance, and long-term commercial success.
Restaurant Manager
Roger Wang has over 10 years of hospitality experience, from Singapore to Adelaide. He focuses on front-of-house operations, team coordination, daily service flow, and guest experience.
He plays a key role in connecting the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
